ABOUT US

IN-PLANET
is an association of Agencies specialized in the Organization and Coordination of EU-funded Erasmus+ Mobility Projects in Athens and surrounding areas.

We support European sending institutes, schools and Vocational Training Centres in the organization of their projects, providing high quality services, training and education, accommodation and internship placements.

Our association offers suitable services according to the educational and professional needs of the sending organizations and the expected goals of their mobility projects.

IN-PLANET association has well established partnerships with local Public Institutions, Schools & Vocational Schools, Vocational Training Institutes, Universities, Municipalities and Local Authorities, chambers of various business sectors, companies and start-ups in business sectors as Tourism and Services, Food and Beverage, Bakery, Pastry, Cooking, Winery, Digital Media, STEM Education, Graphic Design, Marketing, Architecture, Design and Fashion, Maritime, Agriculture, Hairdressing and Aesthetics, Photography, Arts, Car Mechanics, Car Body Repairs and Painting, Handicrafts, Pharmacy Assistants and many more..

Thanks to our consolidated experience, more than 1000 participants (trainees and tutors) from Serbia, France, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, North Macedonia, Turkey, Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Cyprus, Spain, UK, Latvia, etc have successfully completed highly formative internships, training programs and seminars in Athens, since 2005.

Erasmus+ Mobility in Athens for Teachers and Trainers

IN-PLANET
association supports Erasmus+ Training Courses KA1 Staff Mobility for Teachers and Trainers of Education and Vocational Training.

The courses, job shadowing activities and technical visits are taking place in Public & Private Schools and Vocational Training Institutes of Athens. All the activities provide to the participants interesting and useful experiences and knowledge into the teaching and training system of Greece.

Every program is enriched with various cultural visits and leisure activities in the city of Athens and the wider area of Attica, always under the escort of our stuff.


Erasmus+ Mobility in Athens for Students

Since 2005

IN-PLANET association has been functioning as coordinator of Mobility Programmes in Athens. The association has successfully coordinated a big number of Projects in the frame of "Leonardo da Vinci" and after 2013, Erasmus+ Programme KA1, supporting school students of vocational and educational training (VET).
IN-PLANET association has a big network of partners active in a variety of professional fields and offers internships and professional training to school students coming to Athens under the Erasmus+ VET Mobility Programmes. Our services are on professional fields such as 
Tourism and Services, Bakery, Pastry, Cooking, Winery, Digital Media and Graphic Design, Marketing, Design and Fashion, Maritime, Agriculture, Hairdressing and Aesthetics, Photography, Car Mechanics, Pharmacy Assistants, NGO and many more.

Our stuff tries to place every student in the proper internship according to their CV and talents and at the same time, having as base the educational needs of the school students, they are formatting the training seminars and activities in order to achieve a satisfactory educational experience for the participants.


SUPPORT FOR ERASMUS+ MOBILITY PROJECTS

  • We offer transportation (airport – hotel – airport) by Shuttle Bus to their accommodation

  • We provide a Welcome-Kit which includes basic information about the city of Athens, a map and info about local transportation

  • We offer a monthly ticket card for all means of transportation in Athens

  • We offer Greek language courses, 10 hours/week or tailor-made language courses focusing on a specific field

  • We organise regular Reflection Groups with the participants to socialise, share experiences and monitor the internship

  • We offer a weekly group mentoring support by experienced Trainers-Mentors

  • We prepare final report and certificates (Europass mobility, school attendance, etc.)

  • We ensure a continuous support and assistance to the participants throughout their Erasmus project in Athens

  • We offer cultural activities and guided tours

  • We ensure the dissemination of your program results in Greece

ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation of the participants will be held in comfortable, fully equipped apartments or double rooms, in luxury hotel of Glyfada or Alimos in Athens, near the seaside, which is called "Athens Riviera".

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Our stuff will meet you at the airport and escort you to your accommodation place by a shuttle bus.

CULTURAL PROGRAMMES

Athens is the modern capital of Greece which combines sightseeing, leisure time and history learning. The participants can visit a lot of museums, archaeological sites, historical buildings, exhibitions and fill their luggage with knowledge, experience and beautiful memories. Our company offers to the participants a daily trip to Nafplio*, the first capital of Greece. (*The destination can be changed according to the activities program)
