Lithuanians Job Shadowing

In April 2024, INPLANET hosted 2 vocational training teachers from Lithuania, Vilnius School of Public Utilities & Elektrėnai Vocational Training Centre, for one week of job-shadowing mobility. The main goal of this mobility was to gain the experience of continuously refinement of vocational training programs in order to align with the evolving demands of the industry, innovations, and changes within professional fields.
